Terms of service
These terms cover your use of the Fortis Fit app and fortisfitapp.com. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
Not medical advice
Fortis Fit is a self-tracking and education tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie targets, workout suggestions, and AI replies can be wrong. Talk to a qualified clinician before changing diet, exercise, or treatment, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or managing a medical condition. You use the app at your own risk.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
What you may not do
- Break the law or misuse another person’s account or data.
- Try to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
Subscriptions
Fortis Fit Pro, if offered, is billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Price, trial length, and renewal are shown before you confirm the purchase. Manage or cancel the subscription in the store account that you used to buy it. Deleting your Fortis Fit account does not cancel a store subscription.
Your content
You keep ownership of the meals, photos, and notes you enter. You give Fortis Fit permission to store and process that content only to operate the features you use, including optional AI suggestions.
Availability
The app and its AI features are provided as available. We may change or stop a feature. We do not promise that estimates, scans, or coaching text will be accurate or uninterrupted.
Ending use
You may stop using Fortis Fit and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or that we must suspend to comply with the law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Fortis Fit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for health decisions you make from information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
